Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for Private Lessons

Silume Horsemanship has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to your lesson, you need to call or text Sierra 24 hours in advance to cancel. Otherwise, you will be charged for the lesson.

If you have 2 “no-shows” in a row, you may lose your lessons spot.

In the case that Sierra has to cancel because of weather or some other reason, she will reach out to you as soon as possible. If there is a cancellation because of weather, you will likely be notified of a cancelation the morning of. We will reschedule the lesson or your payment will go towards the following weeks or months lesson.

If you cancel prior to 24 hours, we will do our best to reschedule you. If that is not possible, we will pick up again on your next lesson time.

Cancellation for Group Lessons

Silume Horsemanship has a 24 hour cancellation policy for group lessons. If you cannot make it to your lesson, you need to call or text Sierra 24 hours in advance to cancel. Otherwise, you will be charged for the lesson.

There is only one cancellation allowed that will be refunded, or rescheduled within an 8 week period for group lessons once they have been scheduled. Aside from the one cancellation, you will be charged for any other missed group lessons. (If you let me know about needing to miss a lesson prior to scheduling, or within 3 days of the schedule being sent out, there will be no charge of needing to skip lessons.)
